SCOTCH EGGS

Good day fellow people, so today, I have decided to write something about food and I sure hope you’re going to like it. For starters, I want to deal with scotch eggs. I'll will be using the easiest and standard way but you can add more eggs if you want to..
With scotch eggs, you are going to need;
·         Minced meat or corned beef
·         Spices (black and white pepper)
·         3 Eggs
·         Adobo
·         Flour
·         Breadcrumbs
·         Oil for frying
METHOD

1.       Take a mixing bowl, put in either the minced meat or corned beef, add the spices ( a reasonable amount)  and stir.
2.       Mix the yolk of the uncooked eggs with breadcrumbs and spices.
3.       Boil egg till it gets cooked, put it straight into cold water. Peel the egg, put it into flour and roll)
4.       Take egg from flour, coat egg (boiled) with the mixture (corned beef, egg yolk and spices)
5.       After coating, put boiled egg in breadcrumbs and roll to cover the egg.
6.       After rolling in breadcrumbs, roll in egg white (the eggs which the yolk was taken from) then into breadcrumbs again.
7.       Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve with chilled drinks.
