YOU CAN RECOVER FROM A FALL 1

        RECOVERING FROM A FALL

One of the most difficult things to be able to manage in your life is what to do when you fall. Just because you fail at one point in life doesn't mean it is over. Taking Mike Tyson, the heavyweight champion for instance, he used to be at the top of his game 28 years ago. He soared to uncommon heights and nobody was like him anywhere, everybody was talking about him, had all kinds of endorsements from all over the world. You know, people love you when you are on your feet. He won his first 37 fights, 37 victories before someone shocked him with a 10 round knock out in the 1990s.

What makes falling terrible is when you've got used to winning. Sometimes, a loss will shock you; see, some of you have had so many losses that winning shocks you and there are also others that have had so many victories  that when something really goes wrong, they don't know what to do  and they begin to wonder, "how do I overcome failure?, Oh God help me, "At times, when you experience failures, you tend to lose trust in the people around you. Over time, Mike Tyson spiraled down with devastation, indifference and self indulgence. You don't have to be Mike Tyson, or a heavyweight champion of the world to look back over your life and say; ''I'M EMBARRASSED TO BE IN THE MESS I'M IN RIGHT NOW.''

When you start going down, people, the same people who rushed in to cheer you on will change on you so fast, in a flash, in seconds, in minutes. The same people who said "HOSANNA" were the same ones to shout, "CRUCIFY HIM". That is why you can't get drunk off the accolades of people because they can switch in seconds, change on you in minutes. People will fall out with you about something that has nothing to do with them. They feed on news which they heard from somewhere.

The fear of failure blocks total commitment and you ask yourself; suppose this doesn't work out? Suppose this goes wrong? Suppose I go down? Suppose I get into trouble?  You must understand that this has been going on since the world began, I mean, the troubles and challenges of life. Today you might be on top of your game, the next, you have nothing!
HAVE YOU EVER HAD LIFE COLD CORK YOU?
